Uax is a concious artist who expresses his art through photography, film, stage and music. Since 2019, the singer/songwriter has been creatively involved in the music scene, honing his sound and directing visuals for some of the biggest names in music; tems, davido, nonso amadi, kah- lo, rema, asake, lojay, dj spinall, oxlade and many others. With this debut uax's reveals his ability to convey a groovy yet raw emotion through his sound. In 2022, UAX formally introduced his music to the world, revealing an effortless yet captivating sound. His music presents a balance between r&b, Pop & soul and there is no mistaking that UAX will be pioneering a fresh alternative sound to the scene. SAFE takes us on a trip to where UAX can take us with R&B & Pop. It's sweet, melodic and makes you want to hit replay. It's exciting to see UAX grow into his own and reveal a fresh sound that we didn't know we needed. I'm inspired by everyday scenarios and I enjoy making music to soundtrack life, so, I’ll say my music is very conscious and it has so many layers to it but, what really defines my sound is what I'm saying but if I had to, I'll describe my sound as real, situational, my music is a trip - a mashup of BEDROOM POP & R&B.
